All items sold by Ayman & Friends are personalised and made to order. Because of this, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed and personalisation has begun.

Please Double-Check Before Ordering

As each item is personalised with your chosen name, font, and details, it is your responsibility to carefully check that all spelling and details entered at checkout are correct before submitting your order. Once embroidery or personalisation has started, changes cannot be made.
